Integrated within our company, the Tenderlift’s design office passionate about the sea and boats, responds to tailor-made requests to solve problems in the world of sailing. By relying on a network of speciliazed partners and external research laboratories, we design and develop high-performance mechanical and hydraulic solutions.
Our team of engineers and technicians is currently composed of six collaborators : mechanical engineers, draftsmen and mechanical engineer apprentices.
Simon, head of the Tenderlift’s design office, works on the design of new products and the continuous improvement of the range.
A local manager, he is also responsible for development and support in the growth of the company in order to ensure the development of the team’s skills.

Research & development of new Tenderlift solutions
Our team aims to design solutions allowing to meet to the specific demands of our customers.
We work on innovative solutions while preserving the performance of the boat thanks to light products, we meet the needs for minimal bulk (paying particular attention to mounting and assembly) and produce functional control systems combining reliability & adaptability.
Continuous improvement of hydraulic systems
On the basis of existing patents and kinematics, our team is constantly seeking to optimize the products in the range by offering new options to facilitate navigation, solving technological problems and adapting to new regulations, etc…
Technical expertise
In order to guarantee the safety and operation of our Tenderlifts, our design office is able to implement various skills : the commissioning of the Tenderlifts, upkeep & maintenance or even after-sales service, etc…
